Featuring Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 brioche buns
1 chicken breast
Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
½ cup all-purpose flour
Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Salt
Butter
Preparation Instructions:
1. Cut your chicken breast in half. Place the halves in a ziploc bag and seal it. Pound out the halves on both sides with the flat side of a meat tenderizer. Once flattened, put the halves on a plate and sprinkle salt. Rub in honey dijon mustard on both sides. Refrigerate for an hour (or longer for extra flavor).
2. Dredge your chicken halves in some flour and then add to a buttered non-stick frying pan. Cook chicken halves over medium heat 10 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
3. Cut your brioche bun in half. Place one of the fried chicken breasts on a brioche bun and spread honey dijon mustard on the other. Top with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Place your buns together and your sandwich is ready for serving! Bon appetit!
Tips:
Remember to generously spread Maille Honey Dijon Mustard on your brioche buns for that special flavor!
