Ingredients:
Jamon Serrano
Chorizo Español
Manchego Cheese
Homemade Brioche Buns
Tomato slices (optional)
Olive Oil
Directions
1) Slice brioche bun in half and drizzle each side with a bit of olive oil.
2) Place the jamon, manchego, and chorizo between the brioche buns to assemble the bocadillo. Add tomatoes if you'd like and enjoy!
