Janeth's Bratwurst with Sauerkraut



I absolutely love Bubbies products especially Bubbies Sauerkraut. Their Sauerkraut is made from the finest quality winter cabbages, which are shredded, salted, and naturally-fermented. I love eating their flavorful Sauerkraut chilled, and apply it on everything! It is a staple in my household!


Ingredients:

- @bubbiespickles sauerkraut, drained

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 2 pounds fresh bratwurst links

- 2 sweet onions

- 1 pack of sweet peppers

- brioche rolls


Directions:

1. Heat oil over high heat in a large pan and cook bratwurst in oil. Reduce heat to medium. Add sweet peppers and onions and cook until lightly caramelized. Add salt to taste. Cook for 15 minutes.

2. Remove bratwursts from heat and serve on your brioche rolls. Top with your caramelized sweet onions and sweet peppers if you’d like. Top your rolls with Bubbies Sauerkraut and enjoy!

Tip:

Remember to generously apply Bubbies Sauerkraut on your brioche buns for that special flavor! 💚💚💚
