INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts chopped into small pieces
sesame oil to taste
soy sauce to taste
salt to taste
cornstarch
2 minced garlic cloves
olive oil
pack of shiitake mushrooms
1 can of water chestnuts
diced sweet red peppers
orange zest
crunchy rice noodles
chopped green onions
1 iceberg lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place your chicken pieces, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and minced garlic cloves into a bowl. Mix everything together. Sprinkle some corn starch to bread the ingredients and continue mixing.
2. Place some olive oil into a large skillet over high heat. Sauté your seasoned chicken, mushrooms, red peppers, and green onions until cooked.
3. Add water chestnuts and continue to sauté. Add salt to taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
4. Top with a sprinkle of orange zest and crunchy rice noodles. Serve warm with pieces of iceberg lettuce. Enjoy!
