Feta
Black olives
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Purple onions
Olive oil
Parsley
Lemon juice
Dijon mustard
Lemon zest
Kalamata olives
Oregano
Spinach
Directions:
1) Cook your colorful spiral pasta al dente.
2)Add feta, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, parsley, kalamata olives, oregano, and spinach in a large bowl and mix. Add cooled pasta and mix ingredients together. Add olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, lemon zest and toss. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving and enjoy!
